Describe your style in a few words.
After delving into Domino I've found a love of mid-century stuff that I never knew I had. I think that frightens my family, but I still like things that look new, so it's fun to put a modern flair on the old.

Who is your style icon?
My grandmother. She is the epitome of class and poise. Even in her eighties I’d still take things from her closet if I could!


What are your reasons for starting a blog?
I have this creative part of my brain that keeps seeing such wonderful things around me and I NEED this blog to help me get it all out for my own sanity and reference. Then I met lovely Ashley and realized she was the design yin to my yang and this is a most fantastic place for us to put our heads together and share!!!

Where does your mind wander when it has nowhere else it has to go?
Once it starts wandering I just pull out my iPhone and start my nervous habit of checking the news, weather, facebook, yada yada yada. I really need to let my mind wander once in awhile…

What keeps you awake at night?
I wish I could say I lie awake trying to solve the worlds problems, but lately alligator nightmares have been disrupting my slumber…

Describe your perfect day in a few words.
Eating delicious food, watching kiddos play while chatting with friends, playing games with my family, then snuggling with my husband and a good book!
