On their way from EBAY

I had to share a purchase that I am very excited about.




These two little beauties I spotted while surfing Ebay (hint: type in "hollywood regency" and see what fantastically gaudy items appear - some real gems). After many searches I noticed a lot of the furniture pieces were coming form this Ebay store located in Jacksonville, Fl. I stalked these items for about a month, hemming and hawing if I wanted them (if paying the shipping was worth it because our trailer was out of commission at that moment) and I finally caved, and luckily with no bidders the prices kept dropping.

I feel like buffets/sideboards/credenzas are good purchases because they provide storage as well as providing a place for infusing decor - art work or mirrors to go on the wall on top of them, lamps and trinkets with leaning photographs to put on them....

In our house I think the yellow credenza will serve as our media center under our wall mounted TV and the white credenza will go in our entryway hall or dining - I need it to be here to decide...which leads me to my next point...waiting for items to be shipped sucks.
